Grade 10 or 11 students sometimes exchange with students from Waldorf High Schools in other countries. Exchanges have come from France, Japan, Mexico, Germany, Chile, Columbia, Switzerland, Austria and many others. NOTE: The student and their parents are entirely responsible for arrangements, application fees, personal expenses, health insurance, flights, Visa's and all travel arrangements. Normally there is no extra charge for tuition and boarding when two students exchange for equal time. Island Oak High School may provide referrals and advice when possible to facilitate exchanges. If an exchange cannot be facilitated or ends prematurely boarding fees may apply. At this time there are no exchanges available for 2008/2009. Please consider coming as a Boarding student.
